Bluewater Family Support Services Inc. opened to provide foster care in 1982. 

 

Bluewater is licensed by the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services (MCCSS). Bluewater provides professional support services, ongoing education, and a variety of homebased supports to licensed foster families in southwestern Ontario, Canada.

Bluewater serves a co-ed population ranging in age from newborn to eighteen years. .
